Yoga has become a popular means to enhance physical and mental well being, but many, unsure what to expect at a yoga class, may not take that first step. This is your opportunity to learn what happens in a class and to try it out.
In this workshop style yoga class, you will be introduced to Asana (yoga poses), Pranyama (breathing), Savasana (relaxation), some laughter, and a few yoga pointers. You will feel confident about going to your first yoga class or starting a basic series.
Please wear comfortable clothing that will allow ease of movement.
