At SIMIO, we call fertility treatment, “Fertility Enrichment.” Enrichment is about creating the environment for the desired result to take place. Treatment can be like trying to plant the seed regardless of the condition of the soil. Enrichment is more about nurturing the soil so that the seed planting, regardless of the method, is more likely to take root.
Isn’t that what you are trying to create?
Fertility enrichment at SIMIO consists of a series of measurements that guide the decision and treatment process. Many of these tests and measurements are not evaluated in traditional physical therapy, chiropractic, or massage clinics and even less often at medical fertility clinics, obstetric offices and physicians care. What if the cause of infertility is not “medical,” but rather physical? If we are not looking at the physical elements that correlate to your body’s environment for egg transportation, conception, implantation, and gestation, medicine often misses the foundational elements of the process.
There are medical reasons for infertility, which will need medical consideration. Your body’s physical environment exists regardless of your medical diagnosis. Often clients hear that they have “unexplained infertility” suggesting that all of the medical tests look “normal.” Then what?
At SIMIO, we have documented, measured, and treated thousands of individuals that have pressure, position, movement and stability issues as it relates to the pelvis, core, and viscera (internal composition of body compartments). This space includes the reproductive organs. For patients that desire pregnancy, the results have been very favorable to those who wish and are able to become pregnant.

SOME IMPORTANT THINGS TO KNOW ABOUT FERTILITY ENRICHMENT AT SIMIO:
- Fertility Enrichment is not a guarantee of pregnancy. It begins with specific metrics to determine if you are, or are not, a candidate.
- Candidates for the program are determined by their objective measurements, in addition to their previous medical history and infertility journey. NOT by their infertility journey alone.
- Not all infertility is positively effected by SIMIO Fertility Enrichment.
- SIMIO Fertility Enrichment is not harmful, has no lasting side effects (unless you count changing diapers and night-time feedings!), yet often results in improved alignment, strength, muscle balance, bladder control, and decreased pain.
- Fertility Enrichment is considered a wellness service and is a non-covered diagnosis in physical therapy health insurance billing. For this reason, we do not bill your health insurance for Fertility Enrichment services at SIMIO.
