I had a GREAT experience here. Craig was helpful with teaching me stretches and exercises that I could do at home to really help with my pain from Running outside. I highly recommend!!!

Our doctor recommended SIMIO a few years ago for our daughter who was having knee problems. Craig helped her avoid surgery. Since then, he has helped helped my husband with his back pain, and my son, who needed Craig’s unusual expertise with an over-use injury. We are grateful for Simio. Great team. And now they offer wellness and fitness programs! Great idea!
