reflect, restore, renew
In this 90 minute workshop, we will focus on transitioning into the New Year. We will begin with a heat building flow to some of the year’s best music to get things moving in the body and burn through any lingering tension or worry. Then we will spend some time journaling to reflect on growth over the past year and set new personal intentions for the year ahead. We will end with restorative postures which allow for meditative focus on your goals and desires for 2019. This will be a great opportunity to leave last year in the past, begin to focus all of your energy on where you are, and create a solid vision for the near future.
