Yoga practice for ALL!
This class is great for beginners and those who are more familiar with traditional postures. Yoga can increase your sense of balance and flexibility while building strength and endurance, making it a great way to cross-train for any activity. This class will reduce the physical and emotional effects of stress and anxiety and give you some much needed “me” time.
