Kelli McDougle was raised in northern Georgia but moved to Hawaii when after graduating college. There, Kelli fell in love with the culture, the slow-paced life, and her yoga practice. She completed her 200 hour yoga teacher training with Molly Masaoka of Yoga Centered and Liz Heffernan of Soma Yoga Institute on the Big Island of Hawaii.

Life would eventually call her back to the mainland and now Kelli resides in Holland, MI. Kelli teaches Vinyasa flow, slow flow, yin, and restorative yoga in the West Michigan area. Kelli is deeply interested in the whole of yoga. She focuses on yoga as a lifestyle, not just a workout. The practice of yoga has benefits well beyond the mat and the physical body, and Kelli's ultimate goal is to share the deeper, more profound parts of the practice with her students.

I am really enjoying the classes at SIMIO! Vinyasa Yoga with Kelli is great. It has been fun to try something new doing POUND with Katie. Everyone I’ve interacted with is very friendly and welcoming.
