Sarah has been teaching Group Fitness classes since 2010 and is a certified Personal Trainer. She has worked with many students and clients of all fitness levels with a variety of goals. With a background in cheerleading, dance and percussion her upbeat classes make you excited for more! The music is constantly changing and new moves are always on her radar.
